The Role: As an Empowerment Specialist, you'll be the bridge between dreams and reality, guiding individuals on their journey to employment success. Your days will be filled with purpose as you assess needs, train for skills, and celebrate milestones, all while building lasting relationships with local businesses.

High school diploma or equivalent.
