*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

Greets and services all clients and visitors using professional, pleasant, and efficient conduct.

Checks in clients and verifies Client Demographic and Insurance information.

Collects client payments.

Notifies clinicians upon arrival of their appointments.

Answers incoming phone calls.

Work schedule is flexible from 7:00am until 6:30pm.

Covers three to five evening shifts per week until 6:30pm and flexes overtime on Fridays. Some Saturdays may be required.

Checks in groups and verifies Client Demographic and Insurance information to a degree of 100% accuracy.

Scans specified documents as assigned.

Schedules ongoing client appointments.

Maintains clinician schedules.

Maintains cancellation lists. Attempt to fill cancelled appointments.

Processes intake paperwork, as needed, to a degree of accuracy and completeness of 100%:

Makes reminder calls, as needed.

Sorts and distributes incoming mail.

Signs for subpoenas for the Agency and distributes to the proper staff members immediately or contacts supervisor to distribute.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: At least one year working with multi-line phone system; at least one year in customer service position.
