ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE Shift Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm

Supports the distribution center leadership team by ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping and reporting for their assigned location
Completes administrative tasks such as Dayforce and LMS (Labor Management System) time keeping edits, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
Supports pre-set shift management within the people systems and validates employee time keeping and attendance for both lululemon and agency workforce
Edits and audit employee timecards within the timekeeping system including clock in and out and meal breaks
Audits meal breaks and missed punches and provide reporting on trends to relevant Supervisors and Managers
Audits invoices for accuracy from our Temporary Agency
Confirms payroll accuracy prior to payroll approval
Escalates system issues that impact accurate timekeeping and employee compensation to People and Culture and DC Operations Leadership
Pulls reporting for stat holidays to see who wouldn't qualify for holiday pay based on lululemon policy or provincial and state guidelines.
Compiles and send out daily and weekly reports from Dayforce and Agency employees
Supports with pay cards for employees through partnership with Manager
Manages pre-set shift times for auto scheduling
Supports stakeholders with adhoc reports

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year of administrative experience
Experience with timekeeping software preferred
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks-attention to detail is a must
Ability to hold confidential information and demonstrate sound judgement
Ability to effectively communicate with the business both written verbally
Ability to meet attendance requirements
Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime

Compensation and Benefits Package

l ululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $21.35-23.73/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $22.42- $24.92.

Apoya al equipo de liderazgo del centro de distribuci n (distribution center, DC) al garantizar el registro de horarios preciso y oportuno y generar informes para su ubicaci n asignada.
Completa tareas administrativas como ediciones de control de tiempo, conciliaciones, auditor as e informes en Dayforce y el sistema de gesti n laboral (Labor Management System, LMS).
Apoya la gesti n de turnos preestablecidos dentro de los sistemas de personal y valida el control del tiempo y la asistencia de los empleados, tanto para lululemon como para la fuerza laboral de la agencia.
Edita y audita las fichas de horarios de los empleados dentro del sistema de registro de horarios, incluido el registro de entrada y salida y los descansos para comidas.
Audita los descansos para comidas y los marcados de tarjeta faltantes, y proporciona informes sobre las tendencias a los supervisores y gerentes relevantes.
Audita facturas de nuestra agencia temporal a fin de verificar su exactitud.
Confirma la precisi n de la n mina antes de su aprobaci n.
