Summary/Objective:
The Construction Project Manager will serve as a vital team member partnering with the Lead Superintendent while reporting to the Project Executive on the full scope of the construction project.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for Document Control & Procurement Management, Communication, Cost Management, Project Reporting Management & People Management while representing Callahan Construction Managers throughout the full project cycle.
The Construction Project Manager will also have complete oversight in managing the Assistant Project Manager on task completion.
