Job Title : Adobe Analytics & CDP Solution Architect (Analytics, AEP, CJA, CJO, etc)
Job location: New York, NY / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL

Salary Range - $160K -$170K + Benefits (Including 20% Mandatory Annual Variable Bonus)

Job Summary:
s an Adobe Analytics & CDP Solution Architect (Analytics, AEP, CJA, CJO, etc) where you will support progressing Capgemini's growth plans by offering your technology expertise in Adobe, Solution architecture, consulting, presales and delivery skills. Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, successful, and diverse team focused on driving services across the Adobe ecosystem - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Real Time Customer Data Platform and Adobe Target etc. This role will report into the Adobe CoE Leader for North America part of the Digital team, also will collaborate with multiple regional account leaders, sales teams and our clients in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and take point on all solutioning, presales and consulting around the Adobe Martech Platforms specifically around Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Real Time Customer Data Platform and Adobe Target.
Work with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities in the Adobe ecosystem (Data, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc) for new business.
Hands on Development Background on Adobe experience Platform particularly in Data Modelling, Integrations, Core AEP configuration and Segmentation.
Specialized in leading Martech data, web analytics transformation programs implementing Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Target.
Develop Point of View and demonstrate real time personalization concepts and solution components to present Point of View.
Develop Point of View and demonstrate advance AEP concepts like Propensity/ Lead Scoring using Customer AI, Attribution AI models.
Partner with alliance and sales teams to drive go to market initiatives and promote solutions and offerings.
Be the go-to person for platform strategy, solutioning and how to best leverage the Adobe platform for our clients
Mentor, guide and lead team of architects, presales consultants, etc around the Adobe Platform.
Establish credentials and point of views / thought leadership with our clients on Adobe.
nchor small to large proposals in the Adobe space from presales perspective.
Understand and have experience constructing estimation models / financial models for proposals RFPs / RFIs.
s required, you will also get yourself engaged to kick start projects / programs which you do presales for.
Collaborate with other geographies to see how we can share assets, bring best practices.
Will incubate and be responsible for building solutions, go to market offers and accelerators.
You will build and work with other SMEs to build demos / assets for the practice.
ssist in assuring client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship.
Demonstrable ability to engage with and present to both executives and engineering teams in client organizations.
Serve as a SME on the designed systems and guide consumers on best practices and guidelines on systems integration and use.
Preferred background in financial services.
Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

Required Skills :

15+ overall IT industry expertise preferably with large IT Consulting and Services firms.
10+ years of experience working with Adobe Ecosystem.
5+ years handling large geographically spread teams.
2+ years architecting solutions for Adobe Experience Platform.
5+ years architecting solutions for Adobe Analytics.
5+ years in selling and negotiating consulting services.
5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
SME in Adobe Experience Cloud Web Analytics, Test and Learn using Adobe Target, AEP, etc.
SME on Adobe data model and migration strategies.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and be able to drive discussions about marketing strategy, pipeline and attribution.
Familiar with the Fit Gap Analysis and estimation Process for Adobe applications.
SME in estimations and building Resource Modelling for new and upcoming requirements on Adobe engagements.
Independent thinker and experience developing solution offerings.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients.
Should be a great teammate and collaborate with multi-cultural and multi-functional team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

Preferable with domain experience on Financial Services industry
Hands on experience extending the business applications using the Adobe platform.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models
Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations.
Broad knowledge of how the IT landscape with evolving with cloud, digital and technology playing the catalyst for innovation.
