SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To support the management of finished stock with the intended purpose of meeting or exceeding customer quality, value, and service expectations.
To provide overall direction and advice relative to raw material and supplies receipt and distribution, to meet schedule and jump start production to maintain timely status.Manage on a day-to-day basis, the receipt of goods and their distribution.
Provide senior management packing slip verification.
Professional standards of written and oral communications must be maintained along with the ability to manage several projects at once.To ship product in a timely fashion in accordance with customer delivery requirements utilizing preferred couriers:
Fedex, UPS, and DHLTo Package all product in accordance with product/part packaging requirements.Comply with all domestic and international shipping requirementsSPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Primary Tasks to be performed:
Performs manual and clerical duties associated with shipping and receiving productManages the timely distribution of received and stored material and product as they relate to inventory stock per scheduling demands.
Maintains stock room inventories to a level that minimizes stock storage time and levels without compromising on-time delivery.Performs the daily activities that are necessary to support the inventory control system with the intended purpose of ensuring stockroom accuracy is 98% or better.Maintains inventory control documentation, procedures, and records.Receipt of all goods into plantMovement of material through ERP systemPulls material/product from stock only with release of a compliant Work Order and Shipping Pick ListPrepare Product for shipment to customers using proper labels and descriptions.Ship product in accordance with Government Import/Export RegulationsShip product with required packing documentationComply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety, and environmental policies.Other duties as required.Secondary Tasks to be performed:
Support company values and work ethics.Continually develops skills by learning systems, processes, and procedures.Work and communicate openly with all employees to maintain and continually improve the quality, the delivery and reduce the costs of fabricated product.Maintain a safe environment and enforce all safety protocols.Report to your direct supervisor, or site manager any observed employee accidents or personal injury.Suggest possible manufacturing changes that would improve product quality, service, or value.Requirements:
