This HVAC customer service position typically works
• Monday to Friday
• ,
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• .
• No weekends

In this administrative position, you take scripted booking calls, book appointments for salespeople, create purchase orders, process tax-exempt forms, and do anything else you can to help clients. Whether you are face-to-face with a client or on the phone with them, you accurately troubleshoot and deescalate issues or concerns that may arise. You see sales through to their completion as well as dispatch and fill-in for customer service reps as needed. When jobs are sold, you are alerted and begin to print contracts, ensure funds are available and paid, create project folders, and file town permits. You schedule appointments with clients, book the crew, and create work orders for each crew. Ensuring client satisfaction, you verify all tasks are completed and schedule final inspections. You assist coworkers, HVAC technicians, and management as needed, keeping our office operations efficient and seamless.

• REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
•

• 5+ years of office administrative experience

• 2+ years of account or client relationship management experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to pass a background check or a drug screening

• Reliable transportation

HVAC, skilled trade, or home services experience is a plus. Also, ServiceTitan experience is a plus too!
