OPPORTUNITY:
The Registrar Specialist is an entry-level position and assists in reviewing student academic records for admission and continued enrollment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows daily game plan and completes assigned tasks to support department goals.
Uses Student Information System (SIS), web-based degree audit tool, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and an electronic academic record platform to perform duties.
Responsible for meeting individual and departmental goals
Provides input for process efficiencies and improvements
Participates in cross training to expand knowledge and task capabilities.
Provides customer service to colleagues and students.
Interprets and enforces academic policy and follows standard operating procedures.
Completes other duties as assigned.
