We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

• # Responsibilities:* \*\*Department Management\*\*: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department to ensure high-quality care for residents.

• \*\*Staff Training\*\*: Ensure nursing staff are trained and educated on the latest nursing practices and techniques.
• \*\*Recruitment & Hiring\*\*: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff.
• \*\*Performance Monitoring\*\*: Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback as needed.
• \*\*Documentation Accuracy\*\*: Ensure all nursing documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• \*\*Regulatory Compliance\*\*: Assist in maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
• Must have at least two years' experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that pertain to long-term care
• Must be CPR/BCLS and IV certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
