Business Services Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, the Business Services Analyst will collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet business needs with attention to simplicity of design and ease of use/interaction. You will accommodate and prioritize information requests and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders. The responsibilities of this role could span across multiple functions.

You will:

Interpret data with different levels of problem solving and be able to tell a story of the results.

Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions.

Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution.

Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making

Participates in problem resolution that improves business processes.

Accommodates internal and external customer requests.

Partner across departments and with various levels within the organization

Design business processes and recommend improvements.

Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues.

Provide team guidance and training support.

Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership.

Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team.

Works across geographies and cultures

Practices influence and peer collaboration; gets work done through others.

Escalation contacts for internal and external partners.

Supporting the Tungsten system on multiple platforms - participates / leads the build, training, and implementation activities.

You have:

Bachelors degree in business related field.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Able to work independently under limited supervision.

Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.

Experience with PowerBI, SQL and Advanced Excel in an enterprise environment

Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

Highly organized, detail oriented, and demonstrates critical thinking skills.

Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong analytical skills and a self-starter with ability to work independently.

Domestic and International travel may be required.

Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment.

Ability to work 3 days per week (Tues, Weds & Thurs) in our Omaha, NE office.
