Overview
Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled All-Source Analyst to join our team supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC). The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting User Activity Monitoring (UAM) analysis to support the review of potential insider threat behavior. This role involves analyzing alerts identified and prioritized by risk scores, providing comprehensive analytic support to the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) UAM mission, and enhancing overall monitoring capabilities.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
• Responsibilities
• Review and Analyze Alerts:
Examine and assess potential insider threat behavior alerts, as identified, and prioritized by risk scores.
• Improve Monitoring Capabilities:
Identify and recommend changes to develop and improve alerts, analytics, triggers, decision-making capabilities, and processes within the UAM solution.
• Document Findings:
Document all dismissal and escalation determinations and recommendations as required by government procedures.
• Support SIPR UAM Mission:
Provide analytic support to the SIPR UAM mission, ensuring all activities align with national security objectives.
• Conduct Comprehensive Analysis:
Utilize intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Travel:
Travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) may be required in performance of duties
Qualifications
• Current TS/SCI Clearance Required
• Experience:
Minium of 12 years of experience conducting analysis of All-Source Analysis experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience working with tiered User Activity Monitoring (UAM) systems, including basic monitoring and alerts (Tier 1), advanced analysis and correlation (Tier 2), and expert investigation and response (Tier 3).
• Desired Education:
Master's degree in an area related to Intelligence studies from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and leading analytical teams, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Highly Desired:
Previous experience working with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or the DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC)
Experience conducting User Activity Monitoring (UAM) analysis.
