Job Title PM Cook - UDC Location Fargo Responsibilities:
Performs all necessary duties to serve food to customers. Executes all necessary tasks to assure a high degree of cleanliness, quality and sanitation in food production and food service areas. Maintains all equipment used at workstations in an acceptable and sanitary condition.

• Located in the heart of NDSUs campus, enjoy state-of-the art facilities and a fun, lively environment. Our cooks help create the culinary experience by preparing and serving food for NDSU students, faculty, staff and guests. In addition, this position will assure food safety protocols are met in the food production and service areas, as well as maintaining equipment used at workstations. In this position, youre guaranteed 40 hours per week with 10 paid holidays, as well vacation and sick time accruals. Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation

Hours 12:
00 pm to 8:
30 pm weekend hours may vary

Advertised Salary:
$16.50 +/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years cooking experience in a food service operation or its equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food Safety Certification preferred.
