Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is currently seeking BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representatives to expand its team in our Winston-Salem, NC location. Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality.
Responsibilities include :
Handle approximately 115 or more calls per day - outbound only.
Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
Communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.
Meet or exceed department goals set forth by the department manager.
Qualifications: Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience highly preferable
Computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.
