Arcadis' Raleigh office is seeking a project designer who will help witn architectural design, prepare permit submissions while working on client projects in transit Architecture

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI's Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places' capabilities, and CRTKL's multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop Architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches
Create and present design solutions using corporate standards and clients specifications,
Prepare permit submission packages, prepares construction drawings and specifications,
Assist in contract administration,
Assist with review of consultants drawings,
Researche building products for value and efficiency, assists in coordinating the design, construction and management of projects including liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants,
Assist with the preparation of proposals, submissions, and presentations
Working in-office for a minimum of 3-days per week is required.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum (5) years experience with a minimum (2) years experience working with Revit
Bachelor/Masters of Architecture
Registerred Architect or in the process of registering considered an asset
