Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community.

Responsibilities What to Expect Performs one or more of the following duties:
Scrubs, strips, waxes, and polishes floors using heavy (industrial type) powered scrubbers and buffers Adjust, cleans, and oils these machines, and changes brushes, rollers, buffers, and other attachments on them.
Changes light blubs and washes ceiling fixtures, using ladders and scaffolds.
Set up and/or moves furniture and equipment as needed.
Cleans and scrubs restrooms, using proper chemicals for wash basins, ceramic tiles, mirrors to include disinfecting and deodorizing toilets bowls, urinals, sinks, replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Cleans, maintains and replenishes soda fountains and ice bins as needed.
Empties trash and keeps food court area clean to include cleaning and sanitizing dinning area table.
Continual standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications What are we looking for? Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform heavy cleaning safely.
Ability to use power cleaning equipment and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
Ability to read signs, follow simple oral and written instructions.
Ability to use powered equipment and perform minor maintenance on this equipment.
Must have a valid driver's license, or ability to obtain one.
