Join our team as an Assembler/Packer where you will be responsible:

Reads and interprets simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to verify assembly process and quality requirements.

Takes direction from supervisor to understand assembly procedures and production goals.

Follows assembly procedures to build parts, using hand tools and small machinery.

Explains assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

Positions, aligns, or adjusts workpieces or parts to facilitate assembly.

Cleans parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.

Packs finished parts for shipment, including labeling and bagging parts, adding the corresponding instruction information, and placing bagged parts into boxes.

Examines products to verify quality, including Bonnet to Body Testing and ECL Testing.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

• Work Site
•

This is a fully on-site position in Conover, North Carolina.

• Work Environment
•

This position is based in a standard production and warehouse environment that emphasizes safety and adherence to SOPs. The facility is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Safety gear such as steel-toed shoes, safety vests, glasses, and ear plugs will be provided. Note: Jewelry is not permitted, and shoulder-length or longer hair must be tied back.
