What will be your daily pursuit?:

Your daily pursuit is providing outstanding guest service on overnight shifts, and transporting our guests safely to and from multiple destinations.

What is the compensation for this role?:

$15.00/hour

What will you do in this job?:

Audit and balance credit card transactions
Set property management system to following day
Run shuttle trips to and from Glacier Park International & Downtown Whitefish
Assist guests with luggage when necessary
Maintain safety and security of Grouse Mountain Lodge guests & premises
Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etc
Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

Previous Front Desk/Night Audit experience preferred but not required we are happy to train!
Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
You'll need a valid US driver's license
You'll need a clean driving record
Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Be organized with a great eye for detail
Be kind to others and always bring your best
Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
Be ready to have fun!

Youll spend your days in and around historic hotels, lodges and cabins you work overnight and are the go-to person

You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
