Position
Overview:
Providing primary care directly to patients and indirectly
by working with other members of an interdisciplinary team to formulate
treatment plans
Participating in community outreach, patient education,
and prevention programs
Maintaining patient files, encountering information,
correspondence, clinical data, and other information in a confidential and
careful manner
Examining the health of a patient to help make proper
diagnoses of clinical conditions and prescribing medication, treatments, and
follow-up care as required
Educating, advising, and empowering patients on preventive
healthcare and disease prevention
Participating in ongoing learning to help formulate
innovative, predictive, and preventive diagnostic or wellness programs
Recording and properly filing all patient documentation in
the facility's electronic medical record
Requirements:
Board certification/board-eligibility in Family
Medicine required
