Job Title: Service Excellence Analyst

Essential Functions:

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of process documentation and implementing changes when necessary.

• Facilitating classroom and virtual instructor led training.

• Participating in projects as a subject matter expert to represent training and process needs.

• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes to optimize efforts

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of three years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project related field. Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in facilitation, process, and project management.

• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Behavioral Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.

Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to excellent facilitation, process, and project management skills.

Experience using tools and methodologies including LEAN, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Working knowledge of Organizational Change Management and the ability to learn internal Cognizant and TPS systems

Limited Travel
