*This position is remote, however preference will be given to Minnesota residents*How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

This position manages new and existing databases that help in tracking and analyzing information and data used in finding efficiencies within the teams. This position also provides administrative support to management and/or a group of professionals.

A Day in the Life:

Prepare, print and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports as well as ad hoc requests. Perform report tracking to meet management requirements.
Assist with the implementation of new workflow processes.
Provide process documentation, instruction and training for software enhancements to staff as the needs arise.
Coordinate department inventory processes, such as hardware and/or software assets.
Coordinate and perform special projects and assignments within specified time frames.
Operate and trouble shoot computers and sophisticated software programs.
Research and compile data to make recommendations and prepare reports. Revise and update existing materials.
Onboard and mentor new hires.

Required Skills and Experiences:

5+ years of related experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, etc. as well as the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; recent experience designing and populating databases, which includes downloading, uploading and formatting data.
Understanding of relational database design.
Ability to aggregate performance data/information and monitor progress against key objectives.

Nice to Have:

Associates degree.
Healthcare experience
Medical records experience
Working knowledge of BCBSMN products and systems strongly preferred.
Prior remote work experience.

Role Designation:
Teleworker

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
