Volt is immediately hiring an Associate I Payroll in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota 55117.
As an Associate I Payroll, you will:

Responsible for entering and validating payroll information, creating and maintaining payroll files and time record batches, researching, and resolving timecard questions, and participating in special projects.
Provide customer service by helping employees and managers with questions via email and phone.
Create new hire folders.
File paperwork into employee files.
Distribute checks and reports to divisional contacts.
Work with HR Representatives to resolve employee issues.
Participate in special projects.
Research and resolve employee related questions/issues.
Comply with company policies as well and state/ federal, DOL & SOX regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required.
Strong customer service, attention to details, experience in Excel or Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers.
1+ year of general business experience in customer service, call center, and/or in a help desk environment.

30 PM This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.
Pay Rate:
$20-$22.85 per hour.
