Volt is Immediately Hiring for - Desktop support for Vista, CA (Onsite) As a Desktop support - You will:
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES) Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva Insync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS Intune software.

Candidates should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
Techs will provide remote End User support.
Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required.
Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment.
IOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.
This is a Contract opportunity.
