Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
Educate customers on issues, solutions, and potential system improvements
Ensure efficient and safe operation of HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot refrigerant, gas, and electric HVAC systems
Work with low voltage controls and electrical systems
Perform work according to local, state, and national HVAC codes
Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly inventory service vehicle
Utilize company-provided smartphone/tablet for scheduling and invoicing
Participate in training sessions, vendor technical workshops, and team meetings
Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians
Represent Mission Mechanical with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HVAC functional design, installation, and troubleshooting
Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
Must have reliable transportation & necessary hand tools
Proficient in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of gas, electric, and refrigerant-based systems
Ability to read blueprints, interpret codes, and follow safety procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Professional appearance and work ethic
