• 2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm + $1.50 shift premium
• 3rd Shift hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 pm + $2.00 shift premium

The Maintenance Technician is accountable for diagnosing and repairing all plant equipment and production machinery, which encompasses CNC machines, robotic automation cells, and plant support equipment.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
• Interpret schematics, ladder logic, and electrical drawings.
• Identify and replace faulty electrical components while troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
• Proficiently wire panels, install conduit, and execute electrical projects.
• Possess expertise in high voltage applications, including reading voltage meters.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble all plant and production machinery.
• Replace components such as ball screws, motors, drives, gearboxes, covers, pumps, and spindles.
• Conduct analysis and interpretation using various test equipment.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Trace wiring, isolate electrical components, and comprehend ladder logic.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery including CNC machining centers, rotary dials, stand-alone machines, casting machines, finishing cells, and assembly equipment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Proficiency in machinery rigging, gearbox and spindle repair, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to troubleshoot operator interface terminals, AC and DC servo systems, VFDs, PLCs, and power supplies.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment as directed by maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures, confined space entry, hot work permits, and industrial safety guidelines.
• What we are looking for:
• Preferred but not required: Associate's degree in robotics technology, mechanical, electrical, or PLC programming.
• Required: 2-3 years of experience in machining maintenance.
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Operator Permit for Overhead Crane.
• Operator Permit for Aerial Lift.
