What You'll Need
5+ years of experience leading UX research projects with demonstrated impact, handling all stages of research design (study design, test creation, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
5+ years of experience with different research methods including field research, usability, and survey design
BS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Design Engineering or related discipline.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.
Experience working in with geographically dispersed teams
User research or other experience from a technical field, such as software development, or with automotive industry
The ability to manage ambiguity, lead research efforts autonomously, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
You reside in Eastern Standard Time.

We're the User Experience Design team. Fueled by user insights and data analytics, our mission is to create powerful, easy-to-use products that delight our customers, from millions of drivers to automotive customers who embed our technologies in their vehicles. We deliver the design specifications for all TomTom's products.
