Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage existing business across multiple customer accounts consisting of but not limited to: Preparing/submitting accurate quotations as well as following up for win/loss status
Review, analyze and submit customer purchase orders for processing
Prepare, analyze and enter customer forecasts
Prepare, analyze and enter customer orders
Submit customer documentation request for processing; PPAPs, manuals, etc.
Submit customer quality complaints for processing
Submit customer sample request for processing
Submit Monthly Activity Report
Submit Yearly Customer Forecast Business Plan
Secondary Support Responsibilities: Assist in obtaining customer PO coverage for excess and obsolete materials
Support and participate in critical shipment/shut-down situations
Provide support to accounting relative to A/R aging/collection and credit limit evaluation
Qualifications
Requirements: 3+ Years' experience in technical sales preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Open and honest communication and a team player
Good problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel a must
