We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as aWindows Administrator

What you'll do:

- Providing third-level support for Windows on issues escalated by first or second level support. Troubleshooting Windows incidents and problems with a focus on optimizing system performance, enhancing security, and ensuring scalability.

- Solving complex engineering problems associated with standard operating environment (SOE) for mac end users.

- Maintain the stability of mac endpoints addressing complex workstation challenges.

- Building automated solutions for reactive, proactive, and predictive analysis based on our SOE health and performance.

- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs for problems solved, automations built, including certification processes.

Qualifications:

- 4 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in an engineering function supporting Windows operating systems.

- Expert level troubleshooting on Windows operating environment.

- Experience with scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or similar.

- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems

- Experience with Jamf Pro or Jamf Cloud

- Extensive knowledge of Windows systems management in an Active Directory environment.

- Experience creating installation/packaging scripts using JAMF.

- Experience with network infrastructure (LAN\WAN\Wi-Fi).

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, Learning, Adaptability & Problem-solving.
