¿Qué actividades realizas en la posición?
El Ejecutivo de Activaciones combina los conocimientos generales y técnicos para Activación de cuentas y brindar solución vía telefónica a clientes que cuentan con algún tipo de falla en su sistema de alarma en conjunto con servicios técnicos que se encuentran en sitio, también brinda servicio a clientes internos, Enlaces remotos a equipos de alarma y opción de adición de dispositivos o servicios.
¿Cómo lo llevaras a cabo?
Como Ejecutivo de Activaciones mediante un servicio especializado vía telefónica, establecerás enlaces de equipos de alarma, generaras órdenes de servicios, se te brindará capacitación oportuna y completa para el manejo de los diferentes equipos y servicios.
