Requirements
A minimum of 1-3+ years working as an administrative coordinator or assistant
Ability to interface well with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization.
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Ability to handle sensitive material concerning employee medical.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred

The Occupational Health Coordinator fulfills front desk duties, including greeting and triaging employees. Additionally, they provide translation assistance for Spanish-speaking employees when necessary. The role involves managing office and first aid supplies, handling filing and data entry tasks, and supporting the workers' compensation specialist with paperwork and procedures.
Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management. Supports the Occupational Health team by upkeeping internal filing system, mail distribution, and other clerical functions.
Updates Occupational Health data spreadsheets.
Assist the Occupational Health Nurse with scheduling training classes.
Inventory first aid kit supplies
Assist with workers compensation paperwork such as applying for reimbursements, creating transitional duty descriptions for Dr. approval.
Other duties as assigned.
