Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. PT with 2+ years of experience needed for Inpatient Therapy Department. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE COMING FROM AN INPATIENT REHAB FACILITY. Spinal Cord, amputee, medical complex experience highly preferred. Active MD license, BLS and Covid vaccine or Physician-signed/authorized medical declination are required at submission. Flu vaccine or physician-authorized medical declination are required prior to start. All RTO required at submission. Will consider local candidates. * UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ. These include: Siena College in Broward County, Fla, Palm Beach School of Nursing in Palm Beach County, Fla, Sacred Heart International Institute in Broward County, Sunshine Academy, Quisqeya

Required Qualifications
PT - MD License IN HAND
License, BLS and Covid Vaccine or Physician-signed/authorized Medical Declination are required at submission

Preferred Qualifications
Spinal Cord, amputee, medical complex experience highly preferred
