In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track dollar commitments to grants initiatives and maintain funds for management
Coordinate paperwork and communications with investigators and NIH personnel
Prepare reports including literature reviews and budget scenario spreadsheets
Track budgets, progress, and milestones for program directors
Develop fiscal spreadsheets for tracking Division research program budgets
Provide detailed financial data projections and spending plans
Monitor data accuracy and perform corrections
Synthesize information and prepare reports
Develop spreadsheets to coordinate activities between the Division, Contracting Officers, and Contractors
Provide support for Requests for Contract, solicitations, and funding contracts
Assist with internal audits and annual site reviews
Construct summaries for analyzing and spending projections
Review and support the writing of divisional proposals
Provide publications from literature searches
