About this role:
Textron Systems is looking for an Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Representative. This person will be a member of the Quality/Calibration Team. This

team member is responsible for providing outstanding support to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to our internal and external customers. The ISC Rep will complete a variety of tasks to ensure that the Calibration Lab operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Duties:
(Administrative duties including but not limited to)
Processing equipment/assets received in the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application (MET/TEAM)
Communicating with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders
Supporting team members with administrative activities
Assist with the external vendor equipment return and outgoing for processing
Provide direct service support for internal customers
Updating procedures and work instructions
Assist with internal and external audits
Required Skills:
Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction
Ability to work with outside suppliers as well as internal customers
Experience with the Microsoft products; Word, Excell, Explorer, etc.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Results-driven with focus on delivering customer satisfaction
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Works well under pressure
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle, Solumina and ARMS
Previous experience with a calibration lab
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Fingering, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, and Repetitive Motions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will be exerting up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 40 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual requirements is the minimum standard for those whose work deals largely with visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, computer terminal, and using measuring devices.
Individuals may be excluded from positions where duties or tasks pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves or other employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
This position is subject to noise.
This position is subject to a variety of physical and atmospheric conditions:
This position may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
