We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products and services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the company's products and services. Qualify prospects thoroughly.
• Continually attend and complete training on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
