Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a CMC PM for an opportunity with a client located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
Creating and executing long- and short-term plans for projects related to combination products, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines while facilitating all project management schedule activities
Delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between cell and device teams
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) operations
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs for the project change, while closely collaborating with project managers responsible for leading all scale-up activities
Coordinating with workstream leads to relay recommendations, decisions, actions, and other pertinent information
Effectively summarizing key information such as program progress, timeline updates, and risk/opportunity assessments for periodic presentations to management
Requirements:
Possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of the drug development process, including manufacturing, scale-up, and regulatory requirements
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and track project progress
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or other similar software, to manage complex projects and timelines
Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or MS Planner
Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerBI and SharePoint to streamline processes
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and goals to various team members
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
