Manufacturing Associate experienced with Fabrication - 1st & 2nd shift opportunities $17.37 - $18.59/hr

Our client, is seeking individuals experienced with basic fabrication to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in an industrial environment, previous experience in a fabricating role and good work ethics which will align successfully in the organization.

Manufacturing Associate - Fabricator
Location:
Wamego, KS
Pay Range:
$17.37/hr - $18.59/hr depending on shift.
Shift:
1st Shift - Mon - Thurs. 5am - 3:
30pm
2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs 3:
30pm - 2am

What s the Job?

Cut steel by using a numerical controlled cutting machine, tracer, radiograph and hand torch.
Move plates of steel with a forklift or overhead crane.
Coordinate daily requirements for remnants and down loading rework.
Review Manufacturing Order checking for cutting operations, material requirements, and accuracy and completeness of information.
Inspect product for accuracy

What s Needed?

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a fabricating role.
Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
Ability to stand, bend, twist & frequently lift 50lbs
Previous forklift experience is a plus
