The Service-Office Administrator position is part of a team based in Salina, Kansas that strives to stand out in the drilling industry by providing top service both for sales and repair throughout the environmental, geotechnical, and water well industries. The successful candidate will begin learning our systems and technology aiming to grow in knowledge, capability and responsibility in this position by leveraging personal strengths and abilities. This individual will be involved in a wide range of service activities including customer interaction, data entry, data analysis, and reporting. This position will strive to support our vision while working to be an asset to internal and external customers. Individuals who have a high degree of integrity and humility with a strong desire to serve others are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Support the service team with planning and implementing team objectives
Collaborate with others and execute new initiatives that advance our knowledge of our customers
Gather data and produce business reports for service teams
Provide administrative support for sales & customer service
Professionally represent the company by greeting customers over the phone
Other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
Associates or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong ownership of projects with high attention to detail
Able to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of setbacks
Proficient Microsoft Office; Strong MS-Excel & PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of SAP a plus but not required
