LPN up to $35/hr - RN up to $45.50/hr for LTC shifts in this area.

Keep in mind, we have hospital PRN shifts that pay much more. We have Travel and Contracts available that pay very differently (mostly for RN). Pay varies by area and by client. We'll be happy to talk you through this once you apply!

WE pay the employer portion of taxes on your behalf instead of you having to pay it out of pocket! WE pay for your work comp, professional liability, general liability & other insurance coverages that you have to pay for if you're a 1099'er! Overtime? Yes, if you work over 40 hours you're getting time and a half. No more 1099 worries and concerns! Let us take care of all of your details. PSSSS- You might see higher hourly pay rates through 1099's. but once you remove all of the things we pay for, you probably net more money with us!

Advance Booking: We're unique in that many of our facilities look to take our staff weeks at a time, not just today. So book shifts tomorrow or three weeks from now!

Requirements

TB Skin Test - We have to have it to let you work! Good one year from date of read
At least 6 months to one year of current experience in a healthcare setting (IE: ltc or hospital)
Valid BLS (CPR) Certification.
Valid active certification or licensure in desired working state
Mostly - a great attitude, caring personality, high reliability. You won't make it long here without this one. Remember; we are PEOPLE focused. But, when you have problems, we got your back.
