Location: Hybrid - Rockford, IL
Compensation: Up to $80K base salary with UNCAPPED commission potential!

Role Description

Sales Executives at our company focus on acquiring new customers across various sizes and segments, leveraging our comprehensive product portfolio. We support our sales teams with unparalleled white-glove customer service, exceptional onboarding, and a world-class network. Primary Responsibilities

Exceed sales quotas and goals.
Cold call, develop and build new customer relationships.
Ensure penetration of new accounts and retention of existing ones.
Use networking channels and social media to leverage new and existing products and gain referrals.
Maintain relationships with existing accounts, introducing new products and generating additional sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Resolve customer concerns promptly.
Keep leadership informed of new competitive information from the market.
Maintain accurate customer account information in Salesforce for effective follow-up.
Use Salesforce for precise sales forecasting and detailed activity reporting.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Voice Solution Specialists, Sales Overlays, and other support groups to ensure customer satisfaction post-implementation.
Report to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

2-3 years of proven sales success.
Strong understanding of strategic selling within the telecommunications segment.
Ability to multitask while seeking new business opportunities.
Consultative approach to identify client needs and negotiate costs and services.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in Telecommunications sales, especially in Internet (DIA, Broadband), SD Wan, Voice, and Cloud connectivity.
