The FP&A Financial Analyst role will be responsible for overseeing the AIT North America sales commissions process, ensuring integrity of the underlying data that feeds into the Global Transaction Activity ("GTA") and overseeing Power BI reporting.

• Forecasting Financial Performance by gathering financial data daily from multiple systems and business segments for forecasting company financial performance.
  Analyzes results and review with Director of FP&A before distributing to Executive Management
• Prepare Monthly Financial Reporting package which includes preparing Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow trends and comparison reports of actual, budget and proforma activity.
  Other schedules:
  Customer, Vendor, New Business, Capital Expenditures, Headcount, etc.
  Analyze results and review with manager and Director of FP&A before distributing to Executive Management
• Oversight of North American sales commissions calculations.
  This includes AIT US, AIT Canada, AIT Mexico, AIT Home Delivery.
  As new North American companies are acquired, gaining an understanding, and eventually absorbing sales commissions calculations.
  
• Ensure that all accounting entries related to sales commissions accruals are completed on a timely and accurate basis.
  Train others on sales commissions calculation and process to delegate and balance early month workload.
  
• Ensure payroll files to pay North American sales commissions are provided to HR (or Non-Trade for 1099 reps) on a timely and accurate basis.
  
• Develop global sales commissions calculation and process, in lockstep with Global Transaction Activity (GTA) logic.
  Contribute to the finalization of GTA and ensure data points contribute to sales commission automation and reporting.
  
• Establish global sales commissions reporting through Power BI.
  
• Establish data integrity oversight to ensure data entered into operating systems flows into GTA, and sales commissions automatically to limit manual corrections and adjustments.
  Assist with reconciliation and efforts to ensure GTA data integrity.
  
• Participate in management of the annual budget process.
  
• Produce and deliver the Return on Sales Investment (ROSI) report monthly.
  Build enhancements as needed.
  
• Design and develop and administer new and existing Power BI reports aside from Commissions reports previously mentioned.
  
• Assists in performing various special projects as assigned
• Identifies opportunities to improve/refine current processes
• Ensures all reporting complies and aligns with reported financial information.
  

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
  

Experience Qualifications

• 5+ years Multi-entity, international company experience Preferred and
• 1+ years Freight industry experience Preferred
  
  

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to develop and maintain appropriate business relationships with internal and external customers.
  Respond to inquiries from management, auditors and other authorities regarding the commissions/BI reporting issues.
  Maintain response time within 24 hours of commissions email inbox.
  (High proficiency)
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills; having the ability to analyze numbers and draw logical conclusions (High proficiency)
• Ability to plan & organize work schedule, establish workload priorities and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner (Medium proficiency)
• Must be extremely proficient with spreadsheets and database query skills (High proficiency) (SQL)
• Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and work at a very rapid pace (Medium proficiency)
• AS400, CargoWise, Power BI, OneStream experience (Nice to have)
