This role will be responsible for contributing to the Heinz portfolio in our Away From Home business unit. This role will be responsible for cross-functional leadership of key commercialization projects, ownership of strategic sales driving marketing campaigns, innovation/renovation product and packaging, as well as leading our ESG initiatives. This role will include working in close connection with cross-functional team members including the Taste Elevation Platform Team, Brand Communications, Brand Activations and Partnerships, Disruptive Innovation, CIS, and Operations teams.
This position requires a candidate to embrace an ownership mentality, demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, be a cross-functional leader, driver of results, and have a strong ability to communicate/story-tell to all levels of leadership. This position will also be responsible for working closely with our Brand Experience team and Brand Activation & Partnerships team to drive brand relevant experience to drive the Heinz brand forward. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Business Execution
Apply business analytics (equity, share, volume and revenue drivers, competition) to drive business strategy & execution
Innovation & Strategy
Lead high profile commercialization projects for the Heinz brand (innovation/renovation)
Closely partner and consult with innovation team to ensure alignment with outlined growth strategy and 1/3 YP
Foster relationships with Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, and Project Management to lead commercialization of renovation and maintenance projects
Communications
Align B2B and B2C brand communications to support key initiatives and projects for the Heinz brand
Deliver comms-driven partnership ideas that help win new business
Collaborate extensively with brand platform teams and away-from-home customer marketing, taking on the role of leader in both directions
Drive discussions during management presentations with platform GM, and business unit President
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Consumer centric & growth mindset - learn fast vs. avoid failure
Prior or relevant experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Seasoned experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company
Experience in agency management & cross-functional team management; self confident individual who can work collaboratively
Strong personal motivation in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action
Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders
Strong 'big picture' perspective, while also executing the initiative at hand
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to leverage syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy
Ability to simplify complex problems and make decisions quickly in pursuit of constant forward progress
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA preferred
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule
