Principal Accountabilities
Coordinate process and perform quality review of annual billing reconciliations, annual budgets and quarterly forecast for assigned properties.
Gain complete understanding of client accounting requirements, communicate requirements to property teams, and ensure requirements are met as established by the client.
Function as a resource to property teams to coordinate procedures, respond to accounting questions, and respond to client questions.
Assist in conducting training initiatives developed for both Westmont -based staff and property-level accounting personnel.
Participate in special projects working with Finance Director as needed.
Knowledge of Yardi or other client accounting systems.
Ability to understand and interpret retail lease documents.
Coordinate cash management activities between owner and property teams.
Supervise staff of 2-4.

Qualifications
B.S./B.A. - Accounting
4-6 years public and or private accounting, real estate accounting preferred. Supervisory experience is required.
CPA preferred
Microsoft office product knowledge, Excel and Yardi software preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP
