Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Identify and prioritize patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient condition, and document care according to established standards and practices.
Evidence-Based Practice: Advocate for and support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.

Flexibility: Float between different units and hospitals in Boise, Meridian, and Twin Falls, adapting to diverse patient populations and clinical needs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
Experience: 1+ years of nursing experience
Licensure: Current RN licensure from the State of Idaho
