Looking for an experienced Agricultural Diesel Technician to join a well-established Agricultural Equipment Sales and Service firm with multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for precision in their work and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance tasks on agricultural equipment, both customer-owned and dealer-owned, at various service locations.

Responsibilities of the Agricultural Diesel Technician:

Conducting basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, as well as established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
Maintaining the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
Delivering quality repairs efficiently within established timelines.
Collaborating effectively with customers and team members.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Completing required reports and forms.
Tracking time and materials used for assigned duties.

Qualifications for the Agricultural Diesel Mechanic:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in service repairs on agricultural equipment.
Preferably experienced with CASE IH, New Holland, Kubota, and John Deere.
Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems relevant to agricultural and turf equipment repair.
Familiarity with Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
Capability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
Basic Service Technician certification preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; associate's degree preferred.
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record required.
Forklift license preferred.

Compensation:
$35-$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
