Automotive Technician:

Qualifications:

ASE certification a plus but not required.
At least B level qualifications and experience
Mechanical / troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, and good work ethic
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
You must have your own tools.
Valid driver's license and pass MVR

Responsibilities:

Inspect and test vehicles to identify necessary and applicable repairs Test-drive vehicles, and test components / systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, brakes, heating, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the service writer or manager so that customers are informed of any services needed.
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with our standards.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all maintenance and repairs.
