• Client Engagement:
Utilize your exceptional people skills to connect with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction.+ Consultative Approach:
Carefully assess each potential clients unique situation, confidently presenting the best course of action and how TorkLaw can support their journey to justice.+ Communication Excellence:
Exhibit outstanding communication abilities across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email), ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every exchange.+ Precision in Execution:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up to ensure no detail is overlooked in the potential case intake process.+ Team Collaboration and Independence:
Thrive in a supportive team environment while also possessing the drive and discipline to work autonomously.+ Seamless Hand-off:
