Competitive Pay: $25-$40 an hour, plus a $1 an hour speed/quality bonus. Pay is commensurate with previous experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform on-site repairs for a variety of equipment.
Coordinate transportation of damaged equipment to the nearest facility.
Maintain detailed records of supplies, tools, and labor hours.
Supervise a team of three to four technicians.
Provide 24/7 coverage for service calls during on-call duty.
Offer daytime support to on-call mechanics.
Participate in location-based repair teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:
- Certifications in small engine repair, diesel engine repair, and hydraulic systems repair.
- Commercial driver's license - Class C.
Preferred:
- Two or more years of mechanical equipment repair experience.
- Associate's degree in mechanics or agriculture.
