勤務地は地元民だけでなく観光客にも人気のエリアで、ショッピングモールの近くに位置しているため、休日は特に賑わいます。
おまかせ寿司のスキルを磨きたい方、クリエイティブな環境で働きたい方におすすめです。

仕事内容
ホノルルにある寿司レストラン２号店で寿司シェフとして、カウンターに立ってお客さまとのコミュニケーションを大切にしながら寿司を握っていただきます。仕込みや新メニュー開発などもお任せいたします。

食材の品質と鮮度の管理
キッチンチームと連携を取りながら、スムーズなオペレーションとタイムリーなサービスを提供
お持ち帰り寿司の調理と盛り付け
