We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Platform Owner of Print, Scan & Fax

What you'll do:

- Oversee and manage thousands of global contracts with various vendors to ensure compliance and service quality.

-Negotiate terms and manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and efficient print services.

-Ensure continuous operation of print services critical to business processes in manufacturing sites and office settings.

-Develop and implement robust contingency plans to maintain service during disruptions.

-Lead the global unification of print, scan, and fax platforms to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

-Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across all printing services.

-Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.

Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and operational goals.

Preferred experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in managing large-scale global contracts and vendor relationships.

- Proven ability in maintaining business continuity and critical systems, especially in manufacturing and office environments.

- Advanced English
