Georgia State Nurse Practitioner License:
Candidates must hold a current Georgia state license as a Nurse Practitioner, with a specialty in family or adult medicine Specialty Board Certification:
Board certification in the Nurse Practitioner's specialty area, specifically as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, is required National Board Certification:
Applicants must possess national board certification American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification:
Certification through either the AANP or ANCC is necessary A minimum of three years of experience in primary care, specifically in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, is essential A Master's Degree in Nursing or a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nurse practitioner program is required Knowledge of Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding guidelines is necessary Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required Job/Facility Details:
This position is a non-direct patient care role As a Nurse Practitioner at our practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative aspects of patient care Working closely with our practice physicians and mid-level providers, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective patient care management Benefits:
