Gulfshore Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to provide top-tier HVAC solutions to the residents of the Emerald Coast. This role is perfect for someone with HVAC or construction-related sales or service experience, and a passion for delivering excellent client service. At Gulfshore, we offer comprehensive building solutions, moisture control, duct design, and indoor air quality services. This position offers an exciting opportunity with a diverse range of offerings for clients and numerous opportunities for the sales representative. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Engage with potential clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize sales software and load calculation software to prepare accurate and compelling sales presentations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide accurate estimates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Must be computer literate and possess the ability to quickly learn sales software and load calculation software.
Excellent presentation and people skills are a must.
Dependable, with a strong sense of reliability and responsibility.
Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on the specifics of the work rather than just the bigger picture.

Experience:

Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
Associate's degree (Preferred)
